  • Your enrollment in the Bliss Belly Kitchen Yoga and Nature Based After School Program is for the entire school year. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Families remain responsible for the full annual tuition regardless of attendance, absences, or early withdrawal.

    Bliss Belly Kitchen reserves the right to cancel an afterschool program if it does not meet the minimum enrollment of 24 students. In which case all registered participants will receive a full refund.

  • Bliss Belly Kitchen will provide the school office with a roster with your child’s name on it. That roster will be provided to your child’s teacher so they know where to dismiss your child after school.

    At BAM, we have been given a spot in the front hallway for students who are in our program, and their teachers have been informed as to where to dismiss their students on the days they are enrolled. Our staff arrive at the time of dismissal with a sign which states BLISS BELLY KITCHEN.

  • Certainly you and your child can come to visit our facility and sign up for a day. There are drop in options available at checkout.

  • There is no class on holidays or BUSD off days. Billing is on a 10 month basis with no class on holidays or BUSD off days.

    Our 2025-2026 program follows the 10 month BUSD academic calendar, from August 13, 2025 to June 4, 2026, with no programming on BUSD holidays. Tuition is on a month to month basis, billed monthly.

    Billing dates vary based on enrollment dates. For example, if you were to sign up on the 15th of the month, you’d be billed 30 days later.

  • We are proud to host a stellar staff of culinary school graduates, credentialed school teachers, youth yoga and mindfulness instructors, and former chefs. All of our staff have received background checks and Food Safe and CPR certified.

  • Our after school program serves grades 1 - 5. Enrichment classes serve ages 4+.

  • We have a mix of genders similar to any public school setting.

    Our programs host grades 1 - 5 and our instructors are skilled at offering age appropriate tasks to the children.

  • All children must be fully potty trained: this means they must be able to self monitor their own urgency, and use the bathroom independently. Should repeated incidents occur, Bliss Belly Kitchen reserves the right to release your child from our program. Refunds are not available in that situation.

  • Billing is on a 10 month basis with no class on holidays or BUSD off days. Billing dates vary based on enrollment dates. For example, if you were to sign up on the 15th of the month, you’d be billed 30 days later.

  • Tuition is not prorated. Registration fees are billed for the month regardless of your child’s attendance in the program or start date.

  • We have 1 staff person for every 15 children in order to ensure an enriching, safe, and positive camp experience.

  • We maintain rigorous safety standards in our culinary classroom. Every camper is taught kitchen hygiene and safety, including proper handwashing, knife skills, and food safety. Our culinary instructors monitor the safe use of all culinary tools.

  • Our menu is nut free. We offer nuts in smalI shakers during the chocolate making day for campers to flavor their chocolate with. We will make sure your child stays away from the flavorings and can respond to the severity of the allergy in certain cases.

  • We are a vegetarian cooking camp. If your child has other dietary restrictions, you can let us know during the registration process. We operate with a Food Allergy Management and Prevention Plan (FAMPP) in accordance with the CDC guidelines for managing food allergies in schools to keep campers safe.
