Yoga and Nature Based After School Program
After School Registration is OPEN!
At Bliss Belly Kitchen after school programming kids will practice breathing and yoga, spend time in nature, make a healthy snack, and get time to do homework and quiet reading.
Our site in North Berkeley is just next to Live Oak Park, where children can connect with nature while enjoying playtime and snacks.

Schedule and Pricing Options: Monday - Friday (Pick the days you want!)
1:25 - 6PM: $240/month
2:15 - 6PM: $220/month
3:15 - 6PM: $200/month
Discount for 5 days a week
Register for the month and we will automatically renew you for the next month, unless you indicate otherwise. Billing is on a 10 month basis with no class on holidays or BUSD off days.
Sample Daily Schedule
1:45 - 2:45PM: Drop off from various sites, Snack break, Nature time, Free play
3:30 - 4:15PM: Daily culinary lesson
4 - 5PM: Daily yoga and mindfulness lesson
5:15 - 5:45PM Picnic in the park
Programming ends at 5:45. Children are welcome to stay until 6PM.
Transportation
Bliss Belly Kitchen is offering assistance to families to connect at their school sites to rideshare with other students HopSkipDrive or Kango.
HopSkipDrive charges per ride: 1 Child: $28 | 2 Children: $32 | 3 children: $36 (Prices are approximations.)
Parents can book rides for a month or longer to get the same driver. Drivers will sign kids out from the office. Bliss Belly will connect interested families so they can ride together!

Bliss Belly kitchen offers eco-conscious and soul conscious cooking classes utilizing farm fresh ingredients, yoga, and mindfulness to give children the best possible connection to themselves and to the land and source where their food comes from.
Learn to make simple, delicious, and nutritious meals. We use healthy locally sourced organic ingredients to teach children about the basic fundamentals of healthy cooking and eating. Participants learn to source, cook, and eat delicious recipes.
Whether it’s packing a lunch, making a snack, or helping to prepare a family meal, these students will be prepared to support busy family life challenges with a new found knowledge and empowerment around cooking and good food!

Can’t get your child to eat their vegetables? Research shows that children are more likely to eat a new or even a familiar food when they have been involved in the cooking process. That is our experience here at Bliss Belly Kitchen! We incorporate local, seasonal organic fruits and vegetables into every dish.
