We use healthy locally sourced organic ingredients to teach the fundamentals of healthy Ayurvedic cooking and eating. We incorporate yoga, breathing and meditation into all of our cooking classes.

You will learn to connect to the source-  from the farmers who brought us the produce, to the cook within all of us who enjoys feeding others, to the source of bliss within ourselves.

Learn how to make artisanal chocolate from scratch!

Our chocolate is organic, vegan, and sweetened with coconut nectar. We source the finest fair trade raw cacao from Peru.  

Chocolate making courses are available for children, families, and teams.
