Learn Farm to Table Ayurvedic Cooking that’s Kid Friendly, Easy, Fast, and Budget Friendly.

 

We use healthy locally sourced organic ingredients to teach the fundamentals of healthy cooking and eating. We incorporate a yoga, pranayama and meditation into all of our classes. "Prana" or "Chi" means vital life force energy. 

You will learn to connect to the source: from the farmers who brought us the produce, to the cook within all of us who enjoys feeding others, to the source of bliss within ourselves.

Learn how to make artisanal chocolate from scratch!

Our chocolate is organic, vegan, and sweetened with coconut nectar. We source the finest fair trade raw cacao from Peru.  

Chocolate making courses are available for children, families, and teams.
