Cooking, Yoga, Mindfulness, FUN!!!

Learn to make simple, delicious, and nutritious meals. We use healthy, locally sourced organic ingredients to teach children the fundamentals of healthy cooking and eating. 

Whether it’s packing a lunch, making a snack, or helping prepare a family meal, these students will be prepared to support busy family-life challenges with new-found knowledge and empowerment in cooking and good food! Our classes offer locally sourced, organic ingredients, and we teach the fundamentals of a healthy Ayurvedic approach to cooking and eating. We incorporate yoga, breathing, and meditation into all of our cooking classes.

Learn to make simple, delicious, and nutritious meals. We use healthy, locally sourced organic ingredients to teach children the basics of healthy cooking and eating. Participants learn recipes and methods to source, cook, and eat delicious meals and treats.

Looking for a healthy alternative to commercially processed Halloween candy? Learn how to make your own delicious chocolate, free of processed ingredients!

Ayurveda

All of our recipes incorporate the fundamental principals of Ayurveda. Children learn a daily practice of breathing, meditation, and cooking to keep their prana (vital life-force energy) high.
